Qazi Mohammad Obaidullah Alvi is a Senior Journalist with Jang Group of Pakistan. He belonged to Abbottabad as well as noble tribe Alvi Awan.^[1] He is author of three books and hundreds of research thesis^[2] about politics, sociology and anthropology of Pakistan. His career as journalist played mostly in Islamabad and Karachi and he delivered lectures in Al Rashid University Karachi, Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad and Kabul University, Afghanistan

Family Background

His ancestors came from Afghanistan with Mahmud of Ghazni in 1000 AD and settled in Mianwali,^[3] central Punjab and then they migrated Kashmir with Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani,^[4] Amir Kabir in 1300. They remigrated to Circle Bakote in 1835.^[5] His grandfather Molana Mian Mir Ji Alvi was a scholar of Islam and he was close relative and companion of Hazrat Molana Mian Fakir-u-llah Bakoti Usmani,^[6] travelled with him from Khyber to Central India for preaching of Islamic teachings^[7] His father Molana Mian Mohammed Abdullah Alvi

was a student of Darul Uloom Deoband (The Islamic University of Deoband), India in 1935–40, then he joined as teacher there since. He returned back in Degree city of District Tharparker, Sindh and established an Islamic College name Jemea Alvia there.^[8] He returned again to his home town in 1960, married with a lady of Mashedi Sadat of Abbottabad.^[9] His two sons and one daughter had taken birth there. His elder son is Qazi Muhammed Obaidullah Alvi who is living in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan permanently with his family. (See also)

Early age and education

At age of 2.5 years

Qazi Mohammad Obaidullah Alvi spent first decade of his life with maternal grandmother Hanifa Jahan Qureshi. Alvi is the most intelligent and he memorised the Holy Qur'an^[10] in age of seven. He got admission in Government Primary School Birote in April 1968 and always sit in class four because he covered all courses by his mother Masooda Khanum. He passed his primary School Certificate in 1972 and than came in Government High School Birote where his beloved teachers Mohammed Farman Abbasi (Math), Aftab Abbasi (English), Aziz U Rehman Kasmiri (Persian), Khliq Abbasi (Civics) and Raja Haider Zaman (General Science) polished him and he won second position in his school in Matriculation Examination under Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Peshawar in 1978. He got all his religious education, Quranic translation, Persian and Arabic Language expertise from his father Molana Mian Mohammed Abdullah Alvi before 1978. He started poetry but his elder uncle Molana Mian Mohammed Yaqoob Alvi Birotvi, who is also a renowned Urdu, Persian and Arabic poet of his time in Circle Bakote discouraged him and termed poetry^[11] as a "job of jobless people", therefore he stopped his poetry pleasure and centralised all his doublet of attention to improve his education. He has educated himself Semitic Theology by Holy Bible^[12] courses of studies from Bible Society of India under his father supervision. He copied and self practised of the headlines of Urdu newspapers and got solo expertise of Nastaʿlīq script and Naskh (script) Calligraphy before his metric examination in 1978 also. (Read more)

Qazi Muhammed Obaidullah Alvi shifted in Rawalpindi permanently in 1981 and searched job. He employed in Agency for Barani Area Development (ABAD) of Government of Punjab as accounts clerk but soon he resigned. He got journalism training in Daily Jang Rawalpindi in second half of 1981. Daily Haider Rawalpindi launched in 1982 and Alvi started his first job as sub editor there and continuously till 1985. Professor Chodry Zahid Husain of Khan Khurd, Bakote advice him for higher education and Alvi got admission in Gordon College^[13]Rawalpindi in 1982. He studied in college in day time and worked as journalist in night. Teachers of Gordon College Dr. Aziz Mehmood Zaidi and Mohammed Bashir enlightened his deliberations more shine there. He also edited the Gordonian (1984), the magazine of mentioned prestigious house of knowledge. His last paper of BA final held on 10 August 1984 and his father Molana Mian Mohammed Abdullah Alvi had expired a week later. It was a turning point of his life and he decided to achieve more goals but it was not possible in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. He good bye Federal Capital of his country and went to Karachi, the land of opportunity in August 1985.

Qazi Mohammad Obaidullah Alvi returned back to Islamabad in 1990 because Karachi tuned in to a city of Hell. Anarchy speared in Liaqatabad, Nazimabad, Faisdal Colony and many areas became buffer zones.^[14] He escaped to life many times as performing his journalistic duties then he decided to shift in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. He joined weekly Musalaman of Tikka Khan. He was successor of Shabeh ul Hasan Rizvi, the editor. He reorganised paper and changed in to a modern weekly of Pakistani capital. In 24 May 1990 his marriage has taken place with his cousin Khadija bibi daughter Farhat Jabeen of Jadoon tribe.^[15] The couple migrated from Birote to Islamabad and enjoyed life. Tika Khan has honoured as caretaker federal minister in Malik Mairaj Khalid Cabinet in 1992^[16] and he lost his interest in his Weekly, therefore Qazi Mohammed Obaidullah Alvi resigned and aligned as Deputy Editor of Weekly Akhbar e Watan London (Pakistan office).^[17] He also worked with The News International as part-time. A handsome offer from Daily Nawa i Waqt Islamabad floated to him in September 1992 and now he associated with the said paper. He wrote hundred of articles on national and international issues in this paper every week. The other social works had been done during 1990–2005.

He reopen Weekly Hill Post in 1996 among journalists Talib Husain Abbasi and Ishteaq Ahmed Abbasi. This newspaper was a pioneer weekly of Circle Bakote, the Gallies, Circle Lora and Murree Hills. It was a nursery of journalists who are journalism stars of print and electronic Pakistani media in these days. Allah Ditta Abbasi, Naweed Akram Abbasi, Kalim Abbasi and many more introduced by Weekly Hill Post. This newspaper started by Alvi in a photostat form from Karachi on 1 April 1988. This paper closed in April 2002.
He and A D Abbasi started another weekly named Hill News from Islamabad in 2004 because journalism space widened and people of area demanded a standered newspaper
He is also pioneer editor of Monthly Awan Islamabad. He worked with Malik Orangzeb Awan since ten years 1990–2000. The first issue of Monthly Awan Islamabad was Malik Karam Bakhsh number, the founder of Tanzeem ul Awan Pakistan.
He resigned from Daily Nawa-i-Waqt in August 2002 and joined Daily Ausaf Islamabad till December 2005

Final expedition to Karachi

He went to Karachi on invitation of Zia Shahid in Daily Khabrain as Research Editor in February 2005. He spent four years there and then went to Afghan Capital Kabul as a lecturer of Mass Communication in Journalism Department ofKabul University. He stayed there three years and returned Islamabad in July 2012. First he joined Daily News Mart and then Daily Jang Rawalpindi now.

Literary, journalistic and anthropological

contributions

As Qazi Mohammad Obaidullah Alvi belonged to a scholarly family, he fond of research and new knowledge basedexplorations. He explored the historical civilisation chronology^[18] of Kohsar. He said that there was no account of Kohsar's history and civilisation when he wants to study about him, his motherland, culture and language. He explored largest libraries, especially in Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore and Karachi, founded a huge traditions as well as treasury of five millenniums. He wrote TAMADUN E KOHSAR orTHE HISTORY AND CIVILIZATION OF KOHSAR, in which he discussed political, theosophical, scientific and ethno-cultural aspects in a historical and chronological order.^[19]

He also searched in to lingo franca of Kohsar and compiled a UKREAN NI PAND or DICTIONARY OF DHUNDI-KERHEALY LANGUAGE with 2,500 old and modern word, idioms etc. It is also a unique work first time in history of Kohsar.
His unforgettable beacon of light is ALLAH NA SANEHA or TRANSLATION AND COMMENTARY OF HOLLY QURA’AN IN DHUNDI/KERHEALY LANGUAGE also first time in history. This golden work is underway and may be completed in next year.
He also wrote an o ther antropological book TAMADUN E YAHOOD or THE CULTURE AND CIVILIZATION OF JEWS. He analysed the political history and culture of Judaism since Abrahamic periods.^[20] He also summarised The Holy Bible and it's index in second volume.
He wrote about Islamic Theory of Mass Communication with historical back ground and journalism history of Islamic World. He included the new techniques investigative journalism, online journalism and blog writing. (Read more)

کفیل عباسی اور اس کی بڑی ہمشیرہ بھی والدہ صاحبہ کے شاگردوں میں شامل تھے ۔۔۔۔ہم تینوں میں قرآن حکیم کو زیادہ سے زیادہ پڑھنے اور سنانے کی ریس لگ گئی تھی۔

اسی گھر میں۔۔۔۔ حضرت صاحبزادہ پیر عتیق اللہ بکوٹیؒ ۔۔۔۔ کے سب سے بڑے بیٹے صاحبزادہ پیر سعید انور المعروف چن پیر ؒ۔۔۔۔ پیدا ہوئے، بیروٹ سے مڈل کے بعد ہائی سکول ا وسیاہ میں داخل ہوئے ۔۔۔۔ شوٹنگ (والی) بال کے بہترین چمپئن تھے۔

وہ سردار مہتاب احمد خان کے ننھیالیوں کے لوئر بیروٹ میں داماد بھی بنے ۔۔۔۔ آخری دس سال وہ پیر بکوٹیؒ کی مرقد پر گوشہ نشین رہے اور 1992ء میں آج ہی کے روز کوخالق حقیقی سے جا ملے۔

    مجھے بس اتنا پتا ہے کہ ۔۔۔۔۔صبح آنکھ کھلتی تو مجھے کسی نہ کسی بچی نے اٹھایا ہوتا ۔۔۔۔ وہ مجھے پھر تھپتھپاتیں تا کہ میں ان کی گود میں سو جائوں اور اگر میں ضد کرتا تو ۔۔۔۔ والدہ صاحبہ ان بچیوں کی گود سے مجھے اٹھاتیں ۔۔۔۔ منہ پر ہاتھ گیلا کر کے پھیرتیں اور پھر کوئی مانی اور دودھ کا گلاس انہی بچیوں کے درمیان مجھے کھلاتیں ۔۔۔۔ یہ بچیاں میری والدہ مرحومہ کی قرآنی طالبات تھیں اور میرے والدین کے گھر کی روایات کے مطابق وہ علی الصبح سے ان کو قرآن ناظرہ پڑھاتیں ۔۔۔۔ والدہ مرحومہ کی اس مصروفیت کے دوران یہی بچیاں ۔۔۔۔ دو مردوں سمیت گھر کے تین افراد کیلئے ناشتہ تیار کرتیں ۔۔۔۔ والد صاحب اور چچا صاحب ناشتہ کر کے اپنی اپنی مساجد کی طرف چل پڑتے جہاں قرآنی طلبا ء و طالبات ان کا انتظار کر رہے ہوتے ۔۔۔۔ گھر میں یہ سلسلہ تقریباً دس گیارہ بجے تک جاری رہتا ۔۔۔۔ اس وقت کو ڈھونڈی زبان میں ،،،، کلیل،،،،، کہتے ہیں۔ یہی بچیاں کلیل کے وقت والدہ صاحبہ کو دوبارہ چائے بھی بنا کر پیش کرتیں ۔۔۔۔ گھر کی صفائی ستھرائی، مویشیوں کے معاملات، لسی وغیرہ بنانے سے بھی ان طالبات نے انہیں آزاد کیا ہوا تھا ۔۔۔۔ آج والدہ صاحبہ کی یہ قرآنی طالبات بسم اللہ کہہ کر ،،،،، بی ہوراں،،،،،، کا نام لیتی ہیں ۔۔۔۔ میں نے خود ان نانی اور دادی بنی طالبات کو والدہ مرحومہ کی قبر پر اتھروئوں کے ساتھ دعائے مغفرت کرتے کئی بار دیکھا ہے ۔۔۔۔۔ غالباً میری والدہ کی خدمات کا بعد از وفات یہی حاصل وصول ہے۔
    ہمارا گھر ایک بڑے ، ایک چھوٹے کمروں، ایک پاسار (برآمدے) اور وسیع گویڑھ پر مشتمل تھا ۔۔۔۔ اس کے باہر ایک چوک ہوتا تھا جس پر دس نمازی بیک وقت نماز پڑھ سکتے تھے ۔۔۔۔ گویڑھ کے درمیان جمبیری کا درخت تھا جس پر موسم بہار میں پھول لگتے اور اگست کی برسات میں یہ جمبیر کینو جتنے ہو جاتے تھے ۔۔۔۔ یہاں ہی انگور کی ایک موٹی بیل بھی تھی جو چوک کے ساتھ ایک کروں (توت) اور بٹکاڑھ کے درخت پر چڑھی ہوئی تھی، گویڑھ کی حدود کے باہر ایک پشوری ناخ کا بوٹا بھی تھا ۔۔۔۔ والدہ صاحبہ کے پاس قرآن ناظرہ پڑھنے کیلئے آنے والی یہ بچیاں اپنے گھر سے بھی اور یہاں سے بھی پکے پھل چھیل کر روزانہ ان کیلئے لاتیں اور خصوصی طور پر اپنی گود میں مجھے بھی بٹھا کریہ پھل فروٹ کھلانے کی کوشش کرتیں ۔۔۔۔ کاش یہ گولڈن دن پیچھے کی طرف لوٹ سکتے؟
    والدہ صاحبہ کا خاندان بیروٹ کی مرکزی بگلوٹیاں مسجد میں مذہبی فرائض انجام دیتا تھا اس حوالے سے بھی ۔۔۔۔ اس مسجد کے قرب و جوار میں رہنے والے سارے خاندان اعتماد اور اعتبار کے ساتھ کسی کُھڑک (فکر) کے بغیر اپنی بچیوں کو والدہ صاحبہ کے پاس قرآنی تعلیم کیلئے بھیجتے تھے ۔۔۔۔ پڑوس میں پورا فقیرال خاندان بھی انہی کے خاندان کے مقتدیوں میں شامل تھا ۔۔۔۔ ان کی بچیاں بھی والدہ صاحبہ کے پاس آتی تھیں ۔۔۔۔ اپنے گھر سے کنیر تک لوگ ہمارے خاندان کے مقتدی تھے اور والدہ مرحومہ انہیں بھی بغیر کسی تفریق کے قرآن کی تعلیم دیتی تھیں ۔۔۔۔ میرا کلاس فیلو کفیل عباسی اور اس کی بڑی ہمشیرہ بھی والدہ صاحبہ کے شاگردوں میں شامل تھے، اس سے قبل بریگیڈیئر مصدق عباسی بھی والدہ مرحومہ کے سامنے زانوئے تلمذ تہہ کر چکے تھے ۔۔۔۔ کفیل اور میں بیروٹ کے واحد اور قدیم پرائمری سکول میں دوسری جماعت کے طالب علم تھے ۔۔۔۔ ان دونوں بہن بھائیوں کی قرآن ناظرہ سے دلچسپی اور لگن نے میرے اندر بھی رشک پیدا کر دیا اور ہم تینوں میں قرآن حکیم کو زیادہ سے زیادہ پڑھنے اور سنانے کی ریس لگ گئی ۔۔۔۔ اس طرح ہم تینوں بھی چوتھی جماعت میں نہیں پہنچے تھے کہ ۔۔۔۔ ناظرہ قرآن حکیم والناس تک ختم کر دیا تھا اور ۔۔۔۔ والدہ مرحومہ کفیل، اس کی بڑی ہمشیرہ اور میری مثال اپنی طالبات کو دے دے کر ان میں بھی ختم قرآن کی ترغیب دیتی رہتیں۔
    آج جب میں پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھتا ہوں تو اپنے اسی آبائی گھر میں ۔۔۔۔ ایک سناٹا سا کھانے کو دوڑتا ہے ۔۔۔۔ گھر تو وہی ہے مگر وقت بدل گیا ہے ۔۔۔۔ اسی گھر میں جہاں خدا کا آخری کلام گونجا کرتا تھا آج تالے پڑے ہوئے ہیں ۔۔۔۔ اسی گھر میں حضرت پیر بکوٹیؒ کے بڑے صاحبزادے ۔۔۔۔ حضرت صاحبزادہ پیر عتیق اللہ بکوٹیؒ ۔۔۔۔ کے بچے بھی جوان ہوئے، ان بچوں میں سب سے بڑے ۔۔۔۔ صاحبزادہ پیر سعید انور المعروف چن پیر ؒ۔۔۔۔ بھی شامل ہیں، وہ اسی گھر میں پیدا ہوئے، پلے بڑھے اور بیروٹ سے ہی مڈل کے بعد ہائی سکول ا وسیاہ میں داخل ہوئے ۔۔۔۔ شوٹنگ (والی) بال کے بہترین چمپئن تھے، تھوڑے اور بڑے ہوئے تو اپنے گھر کے سربراہ کی
حیثیت سے محنت مزدوری کیلئے حیدر آباد چلے گئے، میں یہاں واضح کرتا چلوں کہ خانوادہ پیر بکوٹیؒ کے پوتوں نے درگاہ کی آمدن کو ذاتی استعمال میں کبھی نہیں لائے بلکہ انہوں نے اپنے لئے کاروبار اور ملازمتوں کو ترجیح دی اور آج بھی درگاہ پر جو کچھ بھی آتا ہے اسے حضرت پیر بکوٹیؒ کے مہمانوں کی خدمت میں صرف کیا جاتا ہے ۔۔۔۔ اسی دوران وہ سردار مہتاب احمد خان کے ننھیالیوں کے لوئر بیروٹ میں داماد بھی بن گئے، مائی صاحبہ حیات ہیں ۔۔۔۔ آخری دس سال وہ پیر بکوٹیؒ کی مرقد پر گوشہ نشین رہے اور 1992ء میں آج ہی کی تاریخ کو واصل بحق ہوئے، مزار پیر بکوٹیؒ کے باہر مشرق کی جانب ابدی نیند سو رہے ہیں ۔۔۔۔ آج ان کے دیگر تین بھائی ۔۔۔۔ صاحبزادہ پیر عبدالغفور بکوٹی عرف مکھن پیرؒ، صاحبزادہ پیرمحمد عامر بکوٹیؒ اور صاحبزادہ پیر عبدالماجد بکوٹیؒ ۔۔۔۔ بھی اسی شہر خاموشاں میں اپنی والدہ ماجدہ (راقم الحروف کی سگی پھوپھی) اور ہمشیرہ کے ساتھ سفر آخرت کی راہ میں ہیں ۔۔۔۔ اللہ رب العزت خانوادہ پیر بکوٹیؒ، راقم کے والدین اور سرکل بکوٹ کے تمام متوفیین کی مغفرت فرماوے اور ان کی آخرت کی منزلیں آسان فرماوے ۔۔۔۔۔ آمین یا رب العالمین

    اولاد نہ صرف سلسلہ نسل کو جاری رکھنے کا وسیلہ ہوتی ہے بلکہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ بیٹیاں آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک، دل کا قرار بلکہ بلکہ والدین کی جتنی یہ خیال رکھنے والی ہوتی ہیں، ایسی مخلوق اللہ نے کوئی نہیں پیدا فرمائی ۔۔۔۔۔۔ بیٹے بھی اللہ کی نعمت ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔ بیٹیوں نے ایک نہ ایک روز بابل کو خدا حافظ کہہ کر اپنے خدائے مجاز کے گھر مستقل طور پر جانا ہی ہوتا ہے ایسے میں بیٹے ہی والدین کیلئے راحت یا عذاب کا سامان فراہم کرتے ہیں۔
    آج یعنی 30 مئی کو میرے سب سے چھوٹے بیٹے شہیر احمد علوی کی گیارھویں سالگرہ ہے ۔۔۔۔۔ بڑے بھائی طہٰ احمد علوی اور چار بہنوں نے اس کی سالگرہ کو خصوصی اہتمام کے ساتھ منانے کا سلسلہ جاری رکھا ہوا ہے ۔۔۔۔۔ میں سب اہل خانہ سے کہتا ہوں کہ ۔۔۔۔۔ بھلے لوگو، یہ کیسی تقرتیب ہے کہ اپنی زندگی کے ہر سال 365 دنوں کے ضیاع پر تم خوشی میں غبارے پھوڑتے ہو ۔۔۔۔۔ پرفیوم کی بوتلیں انڈیلتے ہیں، کھانے پکاتے ہیں اور آخر میں مہنگا کیک کاٹتے ہو ۔۔۔۔۔ مگر میری کون سنتا ہے، مجھے بے بسی کی حالت میں محفل کے درمیان شو پیس کے طور پر بٹھایا جاتا ہے ۔۔۔۔۔ اس بار مہمان خصوصی شہیر احمد علوی کی بڑی بہن بھی ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب روایت آج کی رات بھی میرے بچوں کی طرف سے ہلے گلے کا پروگرام ہے اور سب نے مجھے بھی آرڈر دے رکھ ہے کہ میں دفتر سے ہر حالت میں رات نو بجے تک گھر پہنچ آئوں ۔۔۔۔۔ آپ سے میرے بچوں کی اعلیٰ تعلیم اور ترقی کی دعا کیلئے خواستگار ہوں ۔۔۔۔ ویسے یہ بچے میرے پاس اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ کی طرف سے امانتیں ہیں اور میں ان کا چوکیدار ۔۔۔۔۔ ایسے میں میں اپنے اس بچے کو عربی زبان میں یہ Happy Birth Day to you کہتا ہوں ۔۔۔۔۔ آپ کیا کہیں گے :

    اولاد اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ کا وہ گفٹ ہے جس کا کوئی نعم البدل نہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ بھی مجھے اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے عطا کی گئی ایک امانت ہے اور میں (پتہ نہیں کہ اس ذات مطلق کو یہ بات پسند بھی ہے کہ نہیں) کلیم کرتا ہوں کہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ میرا سب سے چھوٹا بیٹا شہیر احمد علوی ہے ۔۔۔۔۔ چوتھی کلاس میں ڈھوک کالا خان راولپنڈی کے ایک پرائیویٹ سکول میں پڑھتا ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ تیسری کے سالانہ امتحان میں تیسری پوزیشن حاصل کی ۔۔۔۔۔ ماشا اللہ ذہانت سے بھرپور شرارتیں بھی کرتا ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ دروازے پر اس نے خود پوسٹر بنا کر لگائے ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پر اس نے اپنے خیال میں بیروٹ والے گھر کی تصویر بنائی ہے ۔۔۔۔ اس سے نیچے اپنا نام لکھا ہے اور اس سے نیچے WELCOME اور اس کے نیچے پھر بیروٹ کی تصویر بنائی ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ آج 30 مئی کو اس کی 9ویں سالگرہ ہے ۔۔۔۔۔ صبح اٹھتے ہی کہنے لگا ۔۔۔۔
کیا گفٹ دیں گے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ ؟
میں غنودگی میں تھا ۔۔۔۔۔ کچھ سمجھ نہ آیا تو پھر پوچھا ۔۔۔ کیا کہہ رہے ہو ۔۔۔۔۔ تو بولا ۔۔۔۔۔ کیا گفٹ دیں گے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ ؟
آج آپ کا رزلٹ بھی نہیں آیا ۔۔۔۔ ابھی صبح ہے ۔۔۔۔ کوئی کارنامہ بھی سرانجام نہیں دیا ۔۔۔۔ تو پھر گفٹ کس بات کا ۔۔۔۔۔؟ میں نے بات کرتے ہوئے نفی میں سر ہلایا
آپ کو نہیں پتا ۔۔۔۔۔؟
کس بات کا ۔۔۔۔؟ میں نے پوچھا
اپنے ماتھے پر ہاتھ رکھ کر بولا ۔۔۔۔ آج میں پیدا ہوا تھا
ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔ واقعی ۔۔۔۔۔۔؟ پھر میں نے حیرانگی کا اظہار کیا
جی ۔۔۔۔ جی ۔۔۔۔۔ اب تو پتا چل گیا ہو گا آپ کو ۔۔۔۔۔ میرے گلے میں بانہیں ڈال کر مجھے سمیٹتے ہوئے کھل کھلا کر ہنس پڑا اور سوالیہ انداز میں میرے گال پرایک پپی دیتے ہوئے کہنے لگا ۔۔۔۔۔ کیا گفٹ دیں گے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ ؟
اور پھر ابھی تک خاموش ہوں کہ ۔۔۔ اس ۔۔۔۔ اپنے ننھے فرشتے کو آج کیا گفٹ دوں ۔۔۔ جو۔۔۔۔ انوکھا بھی ہو ۔۔۔۔ دلکش اور کچھ نیا بھی ہو ۔۔۔۔۔ میرا یہ گفٹ نیچے کی سطروں میں ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ آپ بھی پڑھیں اور اپنے بچوں کا تصور کر کے آخر میں کہیں ۔۔۔۔۔ آمین یا رب العالمین

یہ فانی انسان کیا ہے اور اس کی اوقات ہی کیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔؟ وہ رب، جسے چاہے بیٹے دے اور جسے چاہے بیٹیاں ۔۔۔۔۔ جسے ان دونوں سے نوازے یا ان سے محروم رکھے ۔۔۔۔۔ اگر میں آپ سے یہ پوچھوں کہ اولاد جیسی نعمت سے وہ نوازتا بھی ہے اور امتحان میں بھی ڈالتا ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ اگر وہ کسی جوڑے کی کھوکھ ہری نہ کرے تو کیا ۔۔۔۔۔ دنیا بھر کے ماہر معالجین، ہر قسم کی طبی سہولیات اور ادویات سے اراستہ فرٹیلائزیشن سینٹرز کیا اسے اولاد جیسی نعمت دے سکتے ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔؟ تو آپ کہیں گے کہ ہر گز نہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔ کیونکہ وہی قادر مطلق اور تمام معاملات پر قادر ذات باری ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ کہاں قدرت کا علم اور کہاں ہماری علمی ٹومک ٹوئیاں ۔۔۔۔۔۔ میں اپنے بارے میں کہا کرتا ہوں کہ ۔۔۔۔۔ عبیداللہ علوی، گردن سے اوپر اوپر ،،،،، سیکنڈ ہینڈ،،،،، ہو گیا ہے۔ کیونکہ اس کے منہ میں میں دانت نہیں، آنکھوں میں نظر نہیں، دائیں کان سے کم سنائی دیتا ہے، بال سفید ہو گئے ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔ کیا کوئی دنیا جہان کی ایسی طب ہے جو مجھے نئے قدرتی دانت لوٹا دے ۔۔۔۔۔ 6x6 نظر بھی واپس کر دے ۔۔۔۔۔ سماعت کا یکساں اور اپ ڈیٹڈ نعمت سے از سر نو بخش دے ۔۔۔۔۔ میرے چہرے پر اگرچہ ابھی تک جھریاں تو نہیں پڑی ہیں مگر کب تلک میں ان سے راہ فرار اختیار کروں گا ۔۔۔۔۔۔ کل اپنی تیسری جنریشن کو دیکھ کر سوچ رہا تھا کہ ۔۔۔۔ انسان دنیا میں آتا ہے تو ۔۔۔۔۔۔ میری عمر تک نہ جانے کتنے امتحانات اور آزمائشیں اس کی منتظر ہوتی ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔؟ اس انسان کو جنت سے بے دخل کرتے وقت خدائے واحد و شاہد نے اسے کچھ نہیں دیا تھا ۔۔۔۔۔ سوائے عقل کے ۔۔۔۔۔ اور آج کا یہ انسان شاعر مشرق کے الفاظ میں خدا اور اس کے بندے کی یہ گفتگو ریکارڈ کرتا ہے کہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
اللہ تعالی انسان سے کہتا ہے کہ میں نے مٹی اور پانی سے یہ جہاں بنایا ، تو نے ایران و تاتار کے نام سے اسے بانٹ دیا ۔۔۔۔ میں نے اس زمین کو فولاد عطا کیا، تو نے اس سے تیر و تفنگ جیسے ہلاکت خیز ہتھیار بنا ڈالے، تو نے چمن زاروں کی تباہی کیلئے آلات ہلاکت اور باغوں میں چہچہانے والے پرندوں کیلئے جیل خانہ جات تعمیر کر دئے ہیں
